Betzaida Medina Sasse, RN, BSN is a Critical Care Nurse currently serving in the Intensive Care Unit at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. In addition to her role at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, Betzaida is actively involved in nursing leadership and advocacy. She proudly serves as the President of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses Philadelphia Chapter, promoting cultural awareness, diversity, and excellence in nursing practice within the Hispanic community. Betzaida is also committed to mentoring and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals. She has served as a mentor in the PA Action Coalition Cohort of Exchanged Learning (PA-ACCEL) Mentorship Program and PA-ACCEL's Healthcare Scholars Mentorship Program, guiding and inspiring aspiring nurses in their educational and professional journeys.
